MYBG ( Make Your Business Grow) Workshop summary
Basically there are two MYBG Programs:
1) MYBG for CEOs / Business owners.
This program is a public program for Business Owners and CEOs of Medium size enterprise. Their annual sales revenue usually ranges from USD 5 to USD 20 million. This program will give an overview of how they can realise wealth through the “ABC ” system.
2) MYBG for In-company training.
This is a 3 day workshop. Day 1 is one to one interview with CEO , follow by administration of Diagnosis of organization of where the company’s present position in terms of growth strategy.
Day 2 and 3 is workshop to develop company’s growth strategy and also to align company’s personnel to the strategy.
The MYBG program is targeted at Small Medium Enterprise (SMEs)with annual sales revenue between USD 5 to 20 million. The MYBG Program is part of the entire process I call the the “ABC Roadmap of Wealth Creation” :-
Phase “A”
+ 2 hours CEO / Business Owner interview
+ 3 hours Organization Diagnosis
+ 2 days “Strategy Development and Alignment Workshop”.
Phase “B”
+ Subject to acceptance
+ Is company “Bankable?”
+ Fund Raising
+ Shareholding Restructuring
+ Corporate Governance Practices
Phase “C”
+ Creating wealth and capital
+ IPO
+ Trade Sale
+ Merger & Acquisition.
Estimate time frame :
Phase “A” to “B” is 9-12 months
Phase “B” to “C” is approximately 3 years.
